IT'S LIKE ONE OF THOSE HAUL VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE FILMED SPECIFICALLY TO MAKE OTHER GIRLS JEALOUS

Pretty successful graphic tee shopping for fall, wouldn't you say?

Coca-cola and Marilyn shirts from Target, Legalize Gay shirt from American Apparel, Bon Jovi and Coexist shirts are thrifted from Value Village, owl shirt from Kohl's, and that cool-as-fuck Kitty Fett tee is from Etsy

And while I'm bragging about my awesome shirts, I may as well go ahead and show you some of my favorite shoes (just for the hell of it)

Red heels and Betsey Johnson jelly sandals thrifted from Value Village, gladiator sandals I got discounted at Icing, and TOMS knockoffs are from Heartbreaker

I'm ready to take on the second week of school.

And I also have a $20 chinese dress from Ragstock to wear while I drag my boyfriend by the ear to the homecoming dance next Saturday.

'Cause I'm just that spirited.
Out.

"Oh those summer nights!"

Well they're over.
Time to go back to our not-so-cool schools and see some not-so-cool people and be our not-so-cool selves.
But maybe that, in itself, is pretty cool

Here's my back to school face:

Just kidding. I'm actually decently excited to go back to my nicely diverse high school and be a completely-invisible-slash-ignored sophomore.
At least then I have an excuse to rebel against my 10th grade invisibility by dressing weird.
Not that I need an excuse.

Good luck on your first days, kids.
Don't look too normal for your pictures.

Time to go eat pancakes.

Out.

You want more fans, I want more stage

This song is called "Anyone Else But You" by the Moldy Peaches
It's become somewhat of an anthem for me and Sam's relationship

These McQueen shoes have a steampunk feel to them. Steampunk fashions:

And now for some inspiration

I adore the sound of bagpipes, especially when they play Amazing Grace
That guy up there is actually me. In a past life.

Had this for dinner tonight, and it never fails to inspire creativity

I read about this t-shirt online and how JCPenney had to remove it from their girls line after they got complaints about its message. That makes me happy.
The world just got a little more feminist :)

Or maybe just a little more geeky.

(speaking of feminism, I went out for a drive today for the first time after getting my permit on Tuesday and anyone who saw me would agree that I'm living proof of the long-debated fact: women are better drivers than men)

Out.

Channeling my inner Warhol/Picasso/whichever the hell other famously unique painter you can come up with

I've been painting quite a bit lately, here's a roundup of some more recent ones:

Wendy and I painted this mural out of our thoughts on politics and religion. It is currently hanging in my garage.

Poetry Cafe - Flavor of the Day: Coconut Kisses

Awakened by peppermint roses
With sparkling lemondrop dew
Bathing in watermelon sunrise
And a coconut kiss or two
Mother gently rises
From her bed of strawberry seeds
Humming a tune of vanilla
In a dress of cinnamon reeds
She drapes us in daffodil petals
Wraps juniper sprigs in our hair
Feeds us bowls of sugarmilk pudding
Gives coconut kisses with care
We pack up our silver leaf satchels
Prepare for the journey ahead
Take one last look at the sweet blossom trees
At our mother with cheeks rosy red
She let us bloom into flowers
Now sets us into the free
But not without her honey-filled heart
And a coconut kiss just for me

Mental dump of lazy day awesomness

The critics hate, but Charlie likes :3

I'm quite excited actually! I've always been a fan. I'm redecorating my room so I think I'm gonna get myself one of those pillows come September. The best part? It will go with absolutely NOTHING I own :D

Ice cube trays?!?!?!!? DO WANT!

My style/writing/life icon: Lesley Arfin

I FINALLY went out and got myself this shirt. I love being politically active about things I care about. Just fucking love it.

Jeff Soto is my current favorite artist

That's my mental dump of today....hope you all enjoyed the color. Out.

Oh wait, one last thing:

A hot dog and a farmer cop always buy the best hookers.
Oh the good times I share with my friends on summer nights.
(if you don't know, I'm the one in the red)

Adios.

I Apologize

Alright. I have decided that my next post should probably be my artwork. I have yet to post any of it on here, also I have been ignoring my DeviantArt account, my artwork album on facebook, etc. for nearly six months. Not that I haven't been busy in that time, I just have been lazy about the internet. And this blog. But that will change! Just give me a little time......
